These tools use to change brightness/contrast or outlook of any pictures.
How to use of the Blur tool:
We use the Blur tool for smoothing/bluer image.
Example:
-At first, open a picture.
-Click to the Zoom tool.
-Zoom in a part of the picture.
-Then select the Blur tool.
-Drag on the part of image.
-We will see very smooth the part of image.
How to use of the Sharpen tool:
We use the Sharpen tool to sharp image or part of image area.
Example:
-At first, insert/open a picture.
-You can zoom in the picture.
-Select the Sharpen tool.
-Drag on the picture for sharping.
How to use of the Smudge tool:
We use the Smudge tool to modify part of image.
Example:
-At first, insert/open a picture.
-Select the Smudge tool.
-Select the Smudge tool.
-Now, click on the Beak and drag to right side.
-We will see, the beak is very smaller.
-Now try to decrease next beaks.
