You can make a Metal Text effect by using Photoshop. We
explain it step by step as follows.
Step-1
At first open the Photoshop Software.
-Create a new file.
-Change the value as picture below.

-Select the Horizontal Type Tool.
-Write a sentence on the stage.
Step-2
-Right click on the Text Layer.
-Choose the Blending Option.
-Check “Drop Shadow and Inner Shadow” check box.
-Click on the Inner Shadow option.
-Change the value of the “Drop shadow” option as picture below.
-Click on the Inner Shadow option.
-Change the value of the “Inner shadow” option as picture
below.
-Check “Bevel and Emboss” Check box.
-Click on the “Bevel and Emboss” option.
-Change the value of the “Bevel and Emboss” option as
picture below.
-Check “Gradient Overlay” Check box.
-Click on the “Gradient Overlay” option.
-Change the value of the “Gradient Overlay” option as
picture below.
-Just one click on the Gradient color symbol.
-Click on the first “Color Stop” icon as picture below.
-Change the Location value to 29.
-Double click on the first “Color Stop” icon and change the
color value as picture below.
-Then click OK.
-Click to a blank area beside the first “Color Stop” icon.
-Change the Location value to 44.
-Double click on the second “Color Stop” icon and change the
color value as picture below.
-Then click OK.
-Again click to a blank area beside the second “Color Stop”
icon.
-Change the Location value to 59.
-Double click on the third “Color Stop” icon and change the
color value as picture below.
-Then click OK.
-Again create another two “Color Stop” icon.
-Set the location of new two “Color Stop” icons to 78 and 82
respectively as above system.
-Change color value to #FFFFFF of both “Color Stop” as above
system.
-At last, click on the Last “Color Stop” icon.
-Change her color to #C9C7C7.
-Then click OK.
-Check “Stroke” Check box.
-Click on the “Stroke” option.
-Change the value of the “Stroke” option as picture below.
