How to create a wave flag in Photoshop?

You can make a flag with vacillating in Photoshop from this project. I explain it step by step with pictures. I use Photoshop CS 5 version but you can make it in any version of Photoshop.

Step-1

Open Photoshop any version.

Open a new file (Press Ctrl + N).

Change value as picture below.

Click to OK.

Select the Rectangle Marque tool.

Change the Style to fixed size.

Change the Width and height to 800 PX and 480 PX respectively.

Then click on the Stage.

Try to set this selected rectangle box on the center position.

Change foreground color and set color value as #006633.

Then Press Alt + Backspace key to fill this rectangle box with color.

And press Ctrl + D for deselect it.

Now create a new Layer.

To create, click to the Layer menu then select the New, click to the Layer.

Click to OK.

Select the Elliptical marquee tool.

Change the Style to normal.

Draw a circle (draw circle with pressing Shift key to draw perfect circle) on the center of the rectangle object.

Again change foreground color and set color value as #FF0000.

Click to OK.

Then Press Alt + Backspace key to fill this circle with color.

And press Ctrl + D for deselect it.

Click to the Layer then click to the Merge down (or press Ctrl + E).

Step-2

To set an effect on this object, click to the Filter menu.

Select the Distort then click to the Wave.

Change the value as picture below.

Click to OK.

Now, you can save this project as picture below.
